It looks like the tabby.js script isn’t being processed. Possibly due to an issue in a script which runs before tabby.js.
To investigate whether there is a plugin conflict, deactivate all plugins except Tabby Responsive Tabs. If your Tabs appear correctly at that point, discover which plugin has the issue by reactivating the plugins one by one until Tabby Responsive Tabs stops working again. If a particular plugin is identified as causing the issue, you can concentrate further investigation around that plugin.
If no plugin issue is indicated, you can investigate whether there is a conflict in a script loaded by the theme. to do this temporarily switch to a default theme such as twenty-seventeen and check whether the tabs work.
Thank you for the reply, not the plug ins but the theme, any ideas on how to resolve the issue?
You could try temporarily deregistering the theme’s scripts one at a time to investigate which one is the cause of the conflict.
The theme might have an interface to turn off scripts, but as you appear to have a commercial theme installed on your site, I don’t have access to its code so I can’t be sure. The theme’s vendor should be able to provide more specific support now that you have identified the theme as the cause of the issue.
