Finding Forms

Hello,

I have semi-inherited the internal website for the company I work for. I am currently working on providing staff the ability to request updates to their department staff changes. I have found the Gravity Forms “Directory Change Request” form that was created; however, I do not see the form/page implemented (no link to it) within the website and I do have recent (as of 2/2017) requests that were submitted. The questions I have currently is:

1) Is there a way to find which page the form is linked on (clearly it is somewhere on the site).

2) If not is there a way redirect the form to go to a new email (I’m presuming that it is sending via email)?
