Adding capability – view plugins

    I want to allow an Editor on my site to use a certain plugin that is currently only visible to Admins in the left sidebar.
    Which capability would allow this?

    And can this be changed to allow individual plugin use for a certain Editor, or would it allow all Editors to use all plugins?
