    Hi all – I need some help here. I have created a directory site using the Listify theme. It works fully integrated with Woocommerce. I have also activated the MercadoPago plug-in. Now, I am having issues with the following:

    1- Free trials. It does not work. I get a notification saying that there was a problem when processing the transaction. Free trials would entail giving people access to the service for a few days before the first payment takes place.
    2- Recurrent subscriptions. I understand MP does not support yet recurrent payments, but what about manual renewals where customers will get an email and asked to go and make a payment to renew their subscription? when will the option of automatic renewals become available in MP?
    3- Switching plans. This one seems to work fine. Here customers can upgrade or downgrade their subscriptions as needed.

    Looking forward to hearing back from you guys, I really need help with these issues.

    Many thanks,
    A.

    Hi @aromboli,

    About your questions…

    1. This plugin does not support yet Free-Trials. You can use another plugin to give your customers this feature, but I’m not sure how it can perform;

    2. Mercado Pago supports subscriptions. And this plugin implements it in version 2.2.x onwards;

    3. This plugin does not support yet multiple plans for subscriptions.

    Regards!

    many thanks for a clear answer. On 2, I am already using manual renewal subscriptions. Do you know when automatic renewal will be available?

    hey @mercadopago – do you have an answer for question 2? I see the plugin does support subscriptions but when I activate this payment option in my woocommerce site, there is no option to process the payment in the checkout.
