An unexpected error occurred

    Hi,
    Whene I want install a new theme I can’t and I have this message:
    “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”
    And whene I want to move theme I receive this message: “Deletion failed: undefined”
    Please help
    Thank you

    Try accessing your hosting directory with some FTP program and see if there’s a directory with that theme name and anything in it. If so, delete or rename it and try installing the theme again.

    This typically means WordPress trying to connect to the server in the background, but couldn’t. This could be due to a simple internet connection issue, or may be the server is offline.
