Using google speed test here: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.samanthaisraeltours.com%2F&tab=mobile

I have a problem with the mobile results – it seems that you recreated a new resolution 370×246@2x.jpg for all the pictures in the “Latest from the Blog” mobile version.
The problem is just in the mobile version and not the desktop version

The problem is that the weight is too heavy.
I optimized these photos before I uploaded them.

Those images are there for retina displays. They are necessary so that they display optimally on high resolution screens.

The best thing that you can do is be sure that you’re compressing the images before uploading them. (compressjpeg.com is a great resource for this.)

Also, compare the google results to here and see that your website is actually performing well:
