    We have clusters of bookings that have gone through on Paypal for which there are no records in EM.

    The payments are definitely generated by EM and I can see the gaps in the booking IDs where presumably the bookings did exist but now there are no records. Only seems to be for the last couple of days and in patches. Possibly similar to this issue.

    Any ideas why EM would delete a booking record?

    I’ve just had a couple of live examples. The booking is made, PayPal payment is completed and PayPal IPN calls the notify url but the booking remains as Awaiting Online Payment. Then at some point in time later the booking disappears.

    I had the same problem with missing booking information. I didn’t notice the bookings holding in the “Awaiting Online Payment” but we got a confirmation email and I can go in our activity page and see people saying they were attending events. When I go to EM bookings, transactions or in the attendance for the events, Event Manager has no information for any bookings made after March 7th.

    Which version of Events Manager, Events Manager Pro and WordPress are you using?

    Version 5.6.6.1 for the EM
    Version 2.4.3 for EM pro

    2.3.9 for EM Pro

    This seems to be a known, recent issue with PayPal which we reported to them on Friday. Has this issue cleared for any of you now?

    I haven’t had any occurrences since Friday

    Ok, that sounds hopeful. Let us know if the situation changes.
