I have recently installed Opentickets and followed the procedure on their website to create my first event. (https://opentickets.com/community-edition/creating-your-first-event/)

Everything works perfectly except that in the email sent to the customer, the link to view the tickets doesnt work. I get the error:

An error has occurred while attempting to view the ticket

None of the tickets for this order could be found.

I actually purchased a ticket to the event to do a test run as Im not sure how to create a test ticket!

The ticket has been purchased and the confirmation email received that the money has been paid. Im not sure what the issue is.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hello @rumcask

A couple things you might try:

Save Permalinks. If you have changed the URL to a subdomain or something like /wordpress, go to the admin under Settings -> Permalinks and just save permalinks. That might solve the issue.

It could also be permissions. Make sure the directories shown in the ticket URL you are attempting to hit are readable to world.

If those fail, if you can send a login to info@opentickets.com , using that email as username we can take a look for you. If you do create a login, please post here to reference the site so we know which post the login is associated with.

We’ll try and get you going.

@rumcask we didn’t hear back on this ticket or get a login. We’ll mark this ‘resolved’ and if you do need further help, feel free to reopen and provide the info to get you going.
