Jetpack css not loading up

i always made my custom changes with css editor of jetpack but since the wordpress update i see the code also in appearance/customize/additional css so in preview i see the site with the changes but when i load up on any browser, it is missing the custom css code. Please advise as that is causing my site design to mis-aligned.My site is http://tampahomesexpert.com
