Active highlighting over multiple lines

Hi there

Awesome plugin. I really like the way that it highlights the headings in view as you scroll. I have my TOC in the sidebar widget area and unfortunately some of the headings break over two and sometimes three lines – these headings are only getting a background colour on the first line – is there anything I can do to highlight the whole heading each time?

Any help much appreciated
