When checked on background color option.. Color picker does not show up ? Please try refreshing the page properly.. let webpage fully load and see.. if problem persists plz comment..

Hi,
I think I have found the issue, its an other plugin called Slimstat which I think cause this issue. I will contact them asap as I can see same issue for all color pickers in admin have same issue so its not your plugin that have any bugs.

Hi again, I have now found the solution as this Slimstat tracker plugin log internal and external clicks I have now set that not log where pickers have class name “wp-color-result” so if anyone have same issue you can note this down under FAQ perhaps.

@j_3rk given that more than half of our userbase is still two or three versions behind, it’s safe to assume that this issue will still be around for a while even after we release the fix. So you might want to consider adding this to your FAQs anyway…

We have now tested the new version of Slimstat and the color pick is working fine but we have found a new issue that is not due to slimstat. When we navigate to customize theme then we get logout without any warning so we assume its some conflict in this area and your plugin. Solution right now is to use advance settings in your plugin where we can inactivate administrator from timeout and logout. Perhaps something for you to look into.

Does not seem to logout on my side.. Are you sure it logs you out when you are in customizer page ? I do not think it has any relation to do with that.. Could you verify that by switching themes..

It doesn’t matter what I’m doing, I’m through out asa I went in to the customizer area and redirection happens to the page I have set into settings for admin role.
I have Twenty Seventeen as theme, do you think its due to theme?
