Yahoo email not working

Good Evening,

I’m working on a client’s website and she only has yahoo email addresses. I have tested the form and the email alerting her to a new contact request does not come through. It will come through to my company email address but not my yahoo or gmail account either. This is for the contact request as well as the email going back out to the person making the request. I added a mail log as well and it shows the emails going out. Any suggestions?
