I am trying to export my Master Slider slide show from my local server to a remote server. After exporting the slider from the local server, I go to my remote WordPress location and re-activate MasterSlider (MS license should come with at least two locations since most of us design locally and migrate remotely, by the way) and then hit the Import & Export button and select the .json file, I hit Import and it says “Import data is not valid”. So what do I do now? How do I make this work without having to create a very complicated slider twice?
Also, when I import a slider to the remote location, does it include all the styling implemented on the dashboard?
    Thanks!

    Hi,

    2. For license management, visit http://support.averta.net/envato/profile .
You can deactivate the license, then activate it again on your new website (remote server).

Please note that, when you import your slider from local server, the images will not be included on the slider. Because remote server can’t read images from local server.
No worries! all the styles, transitions, settings, …. of your slider will be saved and you can easily access them. So, for seeing the images, upload them and set them on your slider again.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask.

    Best,
    Averta

Side note and this is important @averta_support and @averta Do not suggest that anyone provides you access to their WP install again. That is not permitted here.

If you want to do that then I suggest you remove your plugin from the WordPress repository and support your customer elsewhere.
