Custom Template or Layout?

    Hi,

    I am using the question per page feature of the plugin.

    I’d like to know if there is a way to display a progress bar and some content (text and images) on each question’s page before the questions.

    Can I achieve this with custom fields and templates? Any suggestions as to how I can do this?

    Questions can have HTML.

    Could you please show me where I can go to include the HTML?

    I cannot find it anywhere within the default fields…I need to have images and text before the question and then display the question below this content.

    I’d appreciate your help.
