EasyWeb theme not install in my localhost

When i upload the easyweb theme in my localhost shows errors
1)The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

How to fix this errors and install easyweb theme. i am searching for this error from the last two days but it is not solve.
