Checkbox Problem

Hi!

I’m having two problems using the wordpress form 7.

First problem:

Second:

Radial and checkbox are also with some problem.. they’re splited in two lines.

I wanted something like “[ ] Option 1” and not:

“[]

Option 1”

I don’t know what to do. Can you please help me?
