For display footer in two column layout. Follow the given below intructions:
Step 1. Go to in your theme directory.
Step 2. Open functions.php and find line no. of 108 and replace col-md-3 to col-md-6

Hi @shahidmansuri123 never ask user to make changes directly in to core theme files. Always recommend user to create child theme first and make core changes from there. That’s the concept child theme.
