Changes Not Being Saved – Options.php File Blank

    When I try to make changes in my admin section, for example change the default start page for my blog:

    a) The mydomain/blog/wp-admin/options.php page that I am redirected to after clicking uodate is blank even after refresh.

    b) The changes that I click to update do not remain when I go back

    Any ideas as to possible problems?

    Anybody? This makes updating my blog impossible…

    I had the same problem…it turned out the file was present but empty (because the file I uploaded was empty, too). I downloaded the install files again, found the affected file (actually there were two), uploaded them and I am good to go. Next I will look through all the files on the server for ones of zero size.

    Found and replaced about 15 zero-size files. Lovely.
