Redirect Explained

So does this plugin use 301 as the solution to force the page to redirect?

I’m having an issue where caching is messing things up for me using a 301 redirect because the redirect get’s updated once a month.

I’m exploring using meta redirect to resolve but I really like the simple interface and functionality of this plugin but need to know the process that initiates the redirect.
