Did it fix anything at your end or you still see the blank page? Is there a cache plugin on your website ? Do you e experience this on all browsers? Could you switch the theme to a standard WordPress theme for a test too?
Don’t work in another browser , I don’t have a cache plugin .
I tried on theme Twenty seventeen , and it’s ok !
The problem come from my theme . There is any way to fix that ?
@alex789456 of course, although we don’t normally fix third party theme issues, but we will lovingly help to understand the root of the issue and if it really comes from the theme we will try to help with a suggestion to edit the code that you may forward to theme developers and see if they approve that suggestion. Otherwise, if it is a popular theme that we can download , give us the link or name it and we will try to copy your environment and test. After testing we will be back to you with a solution.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.
If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.
Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
@jdembowski , we are sorry about that. But we well know here that this type of request is not an optional. We never ask for login details over here. It could be a mistake taken by our support staff member who is new here and we have followed up and asked to go through all the WP Support Forum documentation and codex once again.
