menu is not clickable

    I designing a theme for a client,who’s website im converting to wordpress. Its his layout, and now the menu is not clickable.

    I cant get the menu on left to be clickable. Im not very good with design, might have something wrong in the stylesheet.

    Could someone please guide me.
