User role not syncing with list

    Hey there,

    I’ve been unable to sync the user role with my list in Mailchimp. I checked the other support threads but no luck, it just shows up blank:

    In WP, role shows up and I select it:

    But it’s not mapping to Mailchimp.

    I did also try the renew mailchimp list, but still no luck.

    Can you let me know where I’m going wrong?
