I use the WooCommerce Checkout Manager plugin, but can’t get it to work? I want dropdowns/checkboxes which add a fee to the total amount. How can I do this? I tried doing it myself but can’t seem to figure it out 🙁

Non of the fields I create are visible on the checkout page?

    Example:
Somebody wants a transfer from/to the airport. This will add € 35 to the total amount (one way).
They can select: no, yes from airport to hotel, yes from hotel to airport, yes both from airport to hotel and hotel to airport. So it will have 4 options. no is free. One-way is € 35 and two way is € 70.

    Hope you can help!
