Feature Requests: Smaller reply button, non-nested reply indication.

    The button is huge and ugly on frontier theme, and I’m sure many others. It shouldn’t be forced like that, it should mimic the edit button.

    Also, when nesting is turned off there’s no indication of which comment a given comment is replying to. This needs to be addressed by someone. Might as well be you 🙂
