Set auto_prepend_file path relatively

    Hey guys!
    Unfortunately, I don’t think there is a way this can be done. auto_prepend_file uses include_path and since the auto_prepend_file will load on all PHP files no matter what their include_paths are the path would then end up being incorrect in many cases. We could set the php_value include_path but then we’d end up right where we started.
