onepage navigation doesn’t work

hi there,

i did the same like in documentation for onepage (http://docs.famethemes.com/article/43-onepress-documentation#option_onepage_menu), but on my page it scrolls straight down and without a padding on top. here the site where you can see the problem: http://www.schutzlicht.de

click on the button home, it doesn’t scroll softly like in demo version http://demos.famethemes.com/onepress/

i don’t understand why! can someone help?
