Upload photo “Tab” not working?

    I have my first issue with uploading photos. It started about 4-5 days ago.

    When I write post post and hot “Add Media” it takes and unusual amount of time to bring up the window. when it does come up the “Choose File” tab does not work. – I can access and post from the Media Gallery, just not upload a photo from my computer (that tab is blank with the exception of the words – not link – “From Computer”

    Any ideas? Tried a bunch of stuff on the board already.

    I am having the same problem. I am wondering if it is because I have not upgraded to 2.6.2. I hope someone can help both of us. I run an online magazine and all my posts and reviews on hold until this is fixed. Totally frustrating!!

    Done everything on the Sticky Post. At this point is seems to be some sort of Apple/Flash issue but can’t track it down…

    Unfortunately (he says with a hint of disgust) IE does work (on a PC or using VM Fusion on the mac).

    I have other blogs that work, so I know it is something in a WP file upgrade.

    I just upgraded WP to 2.6.3 on one of the sites. It caused the failure. Something after 2.5.1 is causing this for me.

    Same here, the Gallery tab’s link does no create proper link so that when it clicked, it takes me to a page not found error.

    I have the screenshot, but cannot upload here.

    I use a domain forward and with the canonical-redirection disable plugin everything works fine.

    mydomain.com/myblog/wp-admin is the url pattern I am using.

    In the gallery tab, the link is there as mydomain.com/wp-admin/media-upload.php where as ideally it should have been mydomain.com/myblog/wp-admin/media-upload.php

    Please help!

    I am having the same sort of problem. I try to upload a photo using the “Choose File” tab but it won’t respond. As with others, the “Browse” tab only shows very very briefly, not long enough to do anything. There is simply no response.

    I am using Internet Explorer 7.0.5730.13

    I have a PC – not Mac – and it doesn’t work, so don’t feel like someone is discriminating against Macs!. This is recent – in the last month. I had no trouble before.
