Dashboard summary incorrect

    Hello!

    The sales summary is currently incorrect, where it shows the correct current month earnings amount but the “Total earnings” amount is less than that? The total number of sales does match though.

    Hi Brian,

    Is it still incorrect if you go to Downloads -> Tools and choose to recount store earnings and sales?

    Be sure to clear your browser cache after the recount. Please let me know. Thanks!

    Thanks for the reply!

    I did the recount, and the total earnings is now showing $0.00 (after clearing the browser and WP Engine cache). The total number of sales is still correct along with this month’s total (it’s only been live for a month).

    Hi Brain,

    Are you using any other caching tools at all, like plugins? What version of EDD are you running? It may be better to switch over to the EDD site support and provide a system info file (it’s always best to start there, especially for technical issues). You can reference this ticket and request that the ticket is sent to me, so we can just pick up from there.
