Email Before Download Not working

    Hi

    I installed EBD to work in conjunction with my CF7 and WordPress Download Manager. EBD is running and when I click the submit button on CF7 I cannot get a link to show or an email to send. It does write to the .csv file (so EBD is partially working?)

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    It requires Download Monitor, not Download Manager.

    You may also have some other things interfering .. like other plugins. When you press submit on your form, it does not do an AJAX POST, as it should. The response that comes back isn’t a little bit of JSON, like it should be, instead it’s the entire page over again. Then, it does two weird AJAX transactions that I haven’t seen before … maybe that’s Download Manager doing that, not sure. Anyway, if you’re using Download Manager you need to switch to Download Monitor to get it to work. If that doesn’t fix it, then you need to start turning off other plugins — especially any related to AJAX, forms, etc. Something is interfering with that.
