Front Page Won’t Accept Dashboard Changes

My site won’t show changes made, via the dashboard, on the website. The changes are visible if I open the customization menu, and during preview, but once I attempt to view them on the site, they aren’t there.

Oddly, the issue doesn’t carry across all pages. I can see the changes I’ve made on the pages of certain posts, but not others. And, if I attempt to publish a new blog post, it’s viewable on my desktop dashboard and on mobile, but not on the site’s home page.

I have disabled the cache plugin, cleared the browser, and checked with my hosting service to make sure they haven’t cached, but I am still experiencing the same problem.
