    I have entered Production Merchant ID, Production Private Key and Production Public Key. The test connection was successful. I have also enabled Braintree Payments and selected the same payment methods as configured on braintreepayments. But still I am not able to place an order. In the debug log it says:

    Message: Cannot determine payment method. Error Code: 91508

    What I am missing?

    Hello @theycallmegosu1982,

    Please reach out to us at support@paymentplugins.com. This issue can arise when you have jquery or javascript errors on your checkout page which interfere with the WooCommerce ajax call. In your email to support, include your website.

    If anything interferes with the ajax call made by WooCommerce, the form will be posted to your server which circumvents the submission of all necessary data, including the payment method nonce, which Braintree uses to process the transaction.

    Update on issue:

    The OP was using version 2.3.8 of WooCommerce. It is highly recommended to stay up to date with the latest version of WooCommerce.
