Blank Edit Button Columns

Elementor has been working great but now when trying to edit a Column, Image or Section no options appear in the Content, Style or Advanced editing columns on the left.

Have tried deactivating all plugins, using compatible themes and updating all plugins and themes. The problem was not fixed in the latest update for Elementor

Elementor – Version 1.2.3 (latest update)

Wordpress – Version 4.7.2

Plugins – Elementor

Theme – Twenty Seventeen
