problem with install new version um plugin

    hi
    yesterday,i installed new version(1.3.82) of ultimate member plugin,But failed login screen.
    when I’ll click login page,login page is white page and Form fields will be displayed.
    my login page url:http://www.chaabok.com/login/
    Please help me to solve this problem.
