Changing my WP installation path

    Hey y’all,
    I’ve installed WP and had it running for a while, but I’ve decided I want to change the URL (well, the path) where my blog is.
    eg. I want to change it from http://www.mydomain.com/blog to http://www.mydomain.com/news … Is this possible? And does anyone know how I’d go about doing this?
    Any help at all would be very much appreciated! Thanks in advance 🙂

    if all of your wp files are in that one folder (formerly blog, now news) then i think its just a matter of changing “WordPress address” in your options page.

    dss: couldn’t you have moved everything back to where it was, renamed the folder, and started over?
