Hello Page DISPLAYS when in dashboard developer mode admin

    Hope someone can help with a install WP problem
    Hostgator installed a new wp site on my .org domain
    i imported posts and pages using WordPress Importer from another wp site
    I deleted the Hello page
    I installed a Coming Soon plugin and activated it
    I can not develop our site because I still get the wp “Hello page”.
    I changed the Coming Soon” plugin
    Still get the “Hello ” page
    Any ideas??
