Broken layout

I’m on Genesis framework with Genesis Sample child theme, no plugin is active other than the Colorbox Panels plugin.

Try to accomplish this kind of layout.

But instead I get this most of the time.

Need to full refresh the page (CTRL+F5) to get it right, mostly it does the trick but sometimes not. Any idea how to fix this?
