Reposition the drop down menu

this is the website I am working on :
here is the problem, when move the menu tab, there is a logo and three items. then move to the project item, more items shown up in the drop down menu. however, the drop down menu is blocking the logo.

is there any way to move the drop down menu to the right a little bit, like the drop down menu start under the project tab?
