Hello there,
It does indeed seem that it is not connecting to your AWeber account. Please try using the link to get a new Auth Code, and be sure to paste it as plain text, and make sure there is no extra spaces or characters being copied.
Let us know if that helps or not. If the issue persists we may be looking at a plugin conflict prevention is from communicating with AWeber.

Hello there,
I wanted to drop by and enquire if your issue had been resolved, or if we could assist further. Hope you’re all set. Let me know if we can do anything else. I’ll come close this thread in a few days if we don’t hear back from you by then.

I have not resolved the issue. I have contacted AWeber to see if the problem is with them and am still trying to figure it out.
I had the same issue with the AWeber plugin so I doubt the problem is with Optin Cat, but we’ll see.
Hey!
Thanks for getting back to me. If you have similar issues with another plugin, then it’s almost guaranteed to be account related on Aweber’s end. Alternatively, it could be something to do with your hosting, that is preventing you from getting through to AWeber? Seems unlikely, but might be worth looking into.
As such I feel pretty confident marking this as resolved, but if you learn anything new, and think we can be of further assistance please open a new thread.

I have seen the prior posts and still get the error message “Optin Cat: Invalid Form ID”. I only use one form plug-in and obtained the AWeber Auth code twice. Same problem. Any ideas?
I am very new to WordPress, deeply technologically incompetent and trying to maintain a website which someone else built, for a (very) small environmental charity. I did something wrong and now have an error message Optin Cat: Invalid Form ID on every page which I can’t get rid. The degree of my incompetence is such that I can’t understand any of the instructions given above. Terms like plug-in and AWeber are like a foreign language. Would it be possible in idiot-speak to take me through step by step what to do to delete it, please? I mean at the level of click on this, then click on that, then click save? That basic! Sorry to bother you with such a dim question.
