wow side menu not working

    i have purchased wow side menu and modal window. i am trying to add two side menus to the right hand side of screen.

    1st) navigate to an existing page – set customer color and position 1
    2nd) open a modal window with modal window ID, default color and position 2

    issues:
    -both menus are in the same position on the middle of the right side of the page
    -there is no color for either menu
    -when selected it slides 2nd menu out to open modal window. when selected modal window does NOT open

    Has anyone else found this problem and been able to overcome?

    I have another support question into vendor about adding two Modal window tabs to the same side of the page and not on top of each other but have not gotten a response yet.

    Has anyone had luck with support on the wow plugins?

    Hi Sorry no. Developing locally before posting. I had to remove products and find an alternative solution.

    I would like to use these products if you can tell me what the issue is. thnx

    You can use a customer color for menu only in pro version

    How to open ‘Modal Window’ via a Side Menu?

    • Create a modal window
    • In the option Show a modal window select -> Click on a link (with id)
    • Copy and paste the shortcode, such as [Wow-Modal-Windows id=1], to where you want the modal window to appear.
    • Create Side Menu Item via plugin Side Menu
    • In the option Item type select -> modal window
    • Then enter which modal window to show. Enter Modal window ID such as wow-modal-id-1
    • Save Menu Item

    Thank you. I have purchased the product. I will try adding the short code to the page. I left it out as I indicated the pages the it should be shown on in the setup.

    When I add a color to the menu the menu only shows white and not the color I added.

    I also need to know how to “stack” the slide menus. I need to show a couple on the same edge of the screen. I have added an “order” number but they still stack on top of each other. Is there a way to have multiple menus on the same side? thnx
