Sidebar shift problem in Internet Explorer

    I have a wordpress blog http://virgintech.org/, and i am getting some problem with it’s sidebar, whenever i open my site in Internet Explorer, my sidebar shifts to the bottom of the page while rest of the contents remains at their own position.
