Parse error (media.php)….

    I have uploaded the wordpress 2.6 , while opening the install.php from wp-admin, following error appear
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /www/vndv.com/a/b/d/abdul/htdocs/wordpress/wp-admin/includes/media.php on line 682

    kindly direct me how can i resolve the problem.
