Is It Easy Using WordPress

Hello

I know it may sound a little basic but i do not wish to spend my money now knowing what i was investing into lol! anyways i was just wondering if it is easy using wordpress as in adding pages, pictures, videos and then links asnd stuff like that. IS IT EASY or is it all files.

Plus how do you pick the template is that easy.

P.S if you are wondering why i am asking this, it is because i am 12 years old without any pocket money and i dont want to spend it on something that doesnt work! LOL

P.P.S what is all the file downloading thing like the 2.6.6. WHAT IS THAT!
