Intergration help

I created m,y portfolio at http://www.fernandojfernandez.com I wanted to make a blog and have it match as closely as possible the look and feel of the site even going so far as linking to my blog as another tab. Any one have any ideas, for a starting place maybe a theme I can start with and tweak? The goal is for users not to know they have left my portfolio or that they have left my blog.
