Im scared of doing it myself, i reckon id balls it up.

Id pay someone £10 via paypal for doing it.

Which version are you on now and which version are you planning to go to. There is also a way to do it automatically – http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress

They really have made it as easy as they possibly can.
