I made a Virtue-child theme and still cannot figure out how to resize my Featured Image in my blog posts. I like the size they look on the blog page but not the long skinny landscape in the actual posts as it ruins all of the artwork/photographs. Can I change this in the CSS?

Hey,
In Theme Options > Page/Post Settings you can set the Blog Post Summary Default to Portrait. Does that work for you?

Hi Hannah,
No, that was the first thing I tried. No matter what I set that to they are always 1:2 landscapes for some reason.

So you’re referring to the individual blog post pages, correct? That is different from the summary. If you want to add a portrait image to your post I would recommend just adding it into the content area through the Add Media button. Would that work for you?
