Form not working

Hi Support team

This is my client website “www.engageforsuccess.org”

We have a home page sign up form”sign up for our newsletter” in the top of the website.
the form page URL is “http://engageforsuccess.org/our-newsletter” we have fill the fill first and last name and email address and finally click submit we get an error.

the error is Invalid interest ID: ‘0’.

We have created the test list and test form is working fine “http://engageforsuccess.org/8304-2”

But, This is form is not working http://engageforsuccess.org/our-newsletter . Could you please resolve this issue.
