Imagely’s Simplicity Theme showing issues i

Would several of you with an iPhone and iPad check this page http://steveruddyphotography.com/architectural-photography/. My background should not scroll. It works fine on all my pc’s and laptops but scrolls when using apple devices. The support for the theme sent me a screenshot from their phone saying it works but it doesn’t on my apple devices. So I’m thinking the issue is just with iPhones and iPads.
