Theme Jquery location

Hello,

I am having a plugin conflict with the jquery version of the theme. I have gone through the documentation on the support site and searched the forum threads without much luck. I am hoping I can disable this code and use the “Use Google Libraries” plugin which will *fingers crossed* resolve the conflict.
Any help you could provide on locating that code would be very appreciated.
