User role – create users

I’m in the process of building a hierarchical roles add-on plugin for Members, which is being commissioned by a client who is willing to let me release it back to the WP community for free. This would allow users to only create users “below” their role, for example.

At the moment, I’m pretty much done with it and plan to release it next week to the public.

It’ll allow users to manage other users below their role.
