Error in Customize Theme wordpress

    Dear,

    Whenever i am trying to customize the theme. i can’t update any changes i am getting this error. can you please let me know how i can fixed that.

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
    POST URL/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 404 (Not Found)

    Reinstall the theme.

    @drachulbd,

    I already try this. i re-install the them. I re-install the wordpress. Still i am facing this issue.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

    Dear @t-p,

    I am still waiting your reply here. Let me know how can i customize the menu. whenever i am adding the menu. when i click on save. it give me an error that is admin-ajax.php not found.
